Just done that pipe is def right one, do you think it may be a dodgy valve, s a valve meant to click when it's turned?

My hubbys a qualified sparky so thats no prob, his friends not a plumber though, just handy or not as in this case! He has tapped into the pipe putting clean water into the toilet cistern. He was going to tap in under the bath but changed his mind. Can he tap in off another pipe...sorry just a bit c...

Hi we've recently bought a Triton 8.5kw shower. A friend installed it and he has tapped off from another pipe for the water supply, but we have no water coming through.
