Iron stain

Hi my son as just finished building his own house & the stone lintel above the garage as a dark stain on it he’s been told it’s iron seeping out onto the face . Is there any cure for this please I’ll try & send a photo, many thanks.

Leaky tap

Hi please can you advise me on my kitchen tap that as leaked for a couple of months but is getting worse . As you can see it leaks from the centre is it a diy job I can attempt on my own or should I get a plumber in , can it be fixed or is it a new tap many thanks .

Tripping out

Hi all , my 2 outside lights have just started tripping the power off . Only the out side lights and a table lamp in the hallway , everything else is ok any ideas would be great many thanks .

Hi everyone I want to paint the exterior of my timber bungalow in the next few weeks and I've been looking at Dulux Weathshield masonry all weather paint but I'm a bit confused some sites says it's good on timber but other sites just say brick ,render concrete .any help would be great thanks.

Kitchen Cold Tap Water Supply Flexi Connector

Hi and thanks for letting me join your forum . My grandson who is a joiner has just fitted new worktops & new sink , the tap as flexy pipes the hot connected ok but the hot is 2 in short , is it possible to buy a short piece of flexy or can please advise on an alternative , many thanks
