Sourcing metal for welding projects

Hi guys,
I do a bit of welding and I have a lot of trouble getting materials. Have ended up buying off ebay but I bet that's the most expensive way to do it. Anybody know of steel stockists around south London/Croydon/Surrey?

I can recommend cutmetalshop.co.uk

I have bought numerous discs and cut to size plate from them.

Saves a lot of time.
