Use of Plasitisicer Below Ground Level?? All manner of questions and solutions to problems and issues surrounding the subject of brickwork, blockwork and stonework

Hello there,
Please can you tell me if plastisicer (i.e. Febmix) is allowed below ground level? I am building an extension and I am in the process of bringing the brickwork up to ground level but I have heard that you should not use Febmix or any other plasticiser until above ground but I don't know if this is true.

I dont beleive its an issue, but consult feb mix to be sure and use a sulfate resisting cement
