Our neighbours boiler flue points right at us - it puffs away loudly most of the winter, and some of the summer months. It seems to huff, then silence, then huff, getting louder at the end of each huff. It's fairly annoying (our own flue doesnt make any noise).
apart from resiting the flue - any ideas? Would resiting mean resiting the boiler too? Are there 'flue extension'pipes one can get to redirect it?
why does it make such a racket? Are there quieter fans (if it is a fan making thenoise)?

It's a fan flued boiler, it's doing it's job, but if the flue doesn't encroach your property, you're sort of stuck with it.

it could be a condensing boiler thats why youre seeing so much fumes there are extensions but depending on the boiler up to a maximum of 6 meteres - 1 metre for every 45 degree bend seek the help of the local gas company btw it wont be cheap to fit an extension

[the flue shouldn't cause a nuisense. even if it's fitted to regs you still have a case.
