Fixing steel bath

by martinhines » Tue Jun 24, 2008 11:41 pm

Hi

I have a steel bath from Victoria Plumb it has the feet attachments but does not seem to have any means of securing it to the floor it has four plastic feet, but no screw fixings. There does seem to be a metal bracket attached to the bath side at the back is this for attachment to the wall?.

Would appreciate any information and thoughts.

Regards

Martin

Yes bracket is usually chopped into the plaster and fixed to wall. Plastic feet can be easily drilled and the holes can be drilled in a position where you can reach the screws. This is better than getting the bath level to find the far screw holes round the back of the foot.
