hot water for 2min Information, help and advice on many gas related subjects from gas fires to domestic appliances

Hi

My Volkera Excell 80SP gives me hot water for about 2min then goes cold. Enough to wash the pots, but no good for a bath. Heating is OK.

Any idea??

I've run cleaner though the sytem twice just in case there is sludge in it. The water runs clear.

Replace HW sensor for starters. If the sensor is faulty is coule be telling the boiler it is at maximum temperature when it's not.

Still no luck - is the heat getting away from the boiler ? possible blockage in heat-ex ?
