Hi there
I'm laying 14mm engineered wood board over concrete, with d/p membrane & fibre board underlay, in 2 adjoining rooms, layed lengthways through door.
Finished 1 room, worked out OK, but 1 prob. In the doorway between rooms, the board is bowed up slightly in centre of doorway due to slight difference in concrete level. Rest OK. When 2nd room done, I'm hoping a good solid threshhold strip will hold bowing down, while still allowing expansion. B&Q sell a ridid solid wood T-bar which looks the business, but can I attach to sub floor without visible screwheads? Any thoughts please.
thanks, SWally
