cap old gas pipe

by cerdyn » Sat Feb 21, 2009 6:28 pm

Hi

I have an old fashioned conduit type gas pipe that I want to cap. I think they were for victoian gas lights due to the pipes sticking out of the wall about and inch. I have located the pipes under the floor and want to know how best to cap the pipe so I can remove the bit that is sticking out.

Many thanks - Steve

The RGI you will be using to carry out the job will know what fittings etc to use - leave it up to them.
