Hi I am new to this site. I found this site whilst trying to solve a problem I have with a bungalow I am buying.
I want to get my caravan between the corner of the bungalow and a brick arch (next door). There is enough room between the brickwork of the bungalow and the arch, but the roof overhangs the corner and reduces the width. The bungalow is at an angle to the adjacent property.
The roof is marley tile and the facia and soffits are timber with pvc guttering.
What I want to know, is it possible to cut the corner of the roof, soffit and facia off at an angle of 45 degrees about 12 inches along its length. I would have to devise a way for the gutter to go around the angle.
If any one can understand what I mean and can offer any advice I would be grateful. I can post a photo and sketch if needed
