cracks in pointing and cotswold wall stones

Hi there, i live in an end terrace and recently noticed cracks in the pointing of the end wall.These cracks run up the wall to about 14 feet also these cracks run through 3 of the stone bricks.The house is only 4 years old,could this be a structural fault and who should i contact'

Look locally for a building surveyor and get him to take a look. If it simply needs repointing see our repointing brickwork project.
