hope someone can help ive got no water comming out my hot taps and no water out my cold tap in the bath but have cold water in my basin in bathroom +kitchen :cry:

Check the outlet of the Cold Water Storage Tank - it may be blocked. If it is neither none of the cold taps which it feeds will get any water and the HW cylinder wil have no water going into the bottom so the HW is not forced out of the top so noine of your hot taps will get supplied either.

Almost inevitably your kitchen cold tap is mains fed. Basin tap in bathroom a bit of a mystery though although it could be teed off the mains if the riser passes through the bathroom. Does the loo cistern fill up again after flushing?

If you have a water tank in the loft I expect the ball valve to this tank is causing the problem. Sounds like your basin cold tap in bathroom is connected to the main supply which explains why this tap and your kitchen one are both working and all other taps are not.
