Hi. I want to lining paper and paint over some plywood walls so they effectively look like ordinary walls. Do I need to seal the ply with something like pva first so the paste will stick? And do I need to undercoat once I've papered or can I just do a couple of coats of vinyl silk - it's only going to be a cream colour...
