When I moved into my home it was in a terrible state, there was so much to do and I needed to let out a couple of rooms asap, sooo on the advice of a friend, to try to cover the uneven walls quickly, without skimming, we used external masonry paint. Two years on it is beginning to come away in the odd place, it is thick (which was the idea) and I think it may be necessary to remove it all in due course and do a proper job! I wonder why it is peeling though, does this happen if it used outside as well, it is only two years ago that it was applied??? Any advice welcome, including how perhaps it could be removed as quickly as possibe. Thank you.
