re ring mane tripping

hi re my last question i have since found when i remove live and earth from the consumer unit of the downstairs ring and probe them i get 12 volts showing on the fluke.

hi, if using a digital multimeter it is reading induced volts from other circuits due to it's high input impedance not loading circuit, if this means nothing to you I would suggest you may need some practical help.
