Finishing corners when using plasterboard

by Superferg » Tue Aug 04, 2009 10:29 am

Just discovered this fantastic site following my wifes decision for me to redo our bathroom, and have found it to be the font of all wisdom.

However, my bathroom is an odd shape, and i have been unable to find anything about how to finish an 'out' corner as opposed to an in corner if that makes sense. Do i need to use some sort of beading, or am i just better off getting someone in who knows what they're doing? It's not a big room and i would love to be able to do it myself.

Any help would be much appreciated.

i take it you mean external corner, just buy some angle bead which is for skimming, all the major diy outlets sell it,nail it on with galvanised nails and keep it plumb with a level...looks great and dead easy to do mate
