Pebble dash

As P/dash was not on the bulding when built, why not consider a new finish to bring the whole house back to 'date'. Nothing looks as bad as an old house with a 1960's finish.
Brick or stone effects are available that are self coloured, breathable and can go straight over dashing, try Decopierre or Tannstone on the tinternet.
