Hi i have just rented a house and the middle room has no heating and never has.the lnside wall has wet wallpaper and when peeled off plaster comes away and am left with all black stuff underneath.i dont have alot of money so how can i fix this as i took the property on as seen :cry:

With respect, you need to resubmit your post in the 'Damp and Damp proofing' section. This section is for 'Appliances in the home' so not really relevant.

I suspect you should state which floor the wall is on, and what is adjacent to the wall.
