Fixing to walls

Can somebody please describe the best, secure mounting to hang mirrors/pictures/hanging baskets..... to Cumbrian stone walled houses? (Both out side and inside please).

kitchen caninets

can you help . i would like to put up new kitchen cabinets but i have loads of electric sckets what can i use to put the cabinets onto, is there a type of rail that i can use

Not sure what you are asking here Megan. What is the rail for? Are you trying to keep the units away from the wall surface so you can install them over the sockets? If this is the case and you do not want to use the sockets any more it is much easier to remove the socket front plate, terminate the wiring in a connecting block and fix a proper blanking plate to the sockets.
