Grouting Problem

by dunaldo » Fri Nov 20, 2009 11:06 pm

Hi, I have tiled my en-suite with 20x20 stone tiles. The tiles have a rough look to them, with natural dimples. If i grout them normally, all these holes would be filled in, which i don't want. Basically i think i need some kind of tool to grout exactly down the joints. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Regards Paul

If they are natural stone they will have tiny little pin holes in them irespective of the "dimples" its those you don't want to fill wityh grout.

Seal the tiles first before grouting with Lithofin Stainstop or similar and grout normally.

Cheers
