radiators no air and no water but slightly warm

several radiators in the house are just warm and others hot. I tried bleeding the cooler radiators, but there is no water or air in them. The system is just 3 years old and is fully pressurised.

You need to fill and vent the system, if still no luck, try turning off the all radiators that work and make sure all valves are open on the ones that don't.
