IN MY CHILDS PLAYROOM THE CORNER ALCOVE OF AN EXTERNAL WALL TENDS TO BE PRONE TO CONDENSATION DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. WE HAVE REMOVED THE DAMAGED PLASTER AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW. IN THE CORNER WE WOULD LIKE TO ATTACH BLACKBOARDS TO THE 3 SIDES OF THE WALL IN THE ALCOVE. WOULD THAT HELP TO REDUCE THE CONDENSATION BECAUSE THE WALL IS NOT DIRECTLY IN CONTACT WITH THE AIR TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM OR WOULD IT CAUSE MORE ISSUES THAT WOULD DEVELOP BEHIND THE BLACKBOARD? BEFORE ATTACHING THE BLACKBOARD DIRECTLY TO THE WALL, WOULD PUTTING SOME KIND OF FOIL INSULATION BEHIND IT HELP?
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
