I am building a 11mX4mX2.1m high out building from 440mmX215mmX100mm blocks. The roof will be Marley tile on approximately 20 timber trusses. The walls are to be single skin, 100mm thick.

Are piers required? If so what size, what spacing and how should they be attached to the walls?
