Loft hatch (drop down) - which hinges to use? Kitchens, doors, rails, stud, tables, chairs, stair cases, garden furniture etc... Find answers and ask questions here!

Hi. I'm making a drop down loft hatch and I want to use concealed hinges so they cannot be seen from underneath. Would 3 Blim hinges do the trick? What sort of catch should I use? I want a tight a seal as possible and will probably but some rubber draught seal (that's usually used in windows and doors) around the edge.

Hope someone can help?
