hi i own a house thats 90 years old and downstairs my floor boards are approx 4ft from foundation level. i keep getting water in at about 5 to 6 inches. i think this may be because of the water table level?? im not sure?? anyways would it matter if i just concreted it up to about a foot to stop this from happening again or would the damp still rise through??
