Hi! I really need some advice.

I currently have a Vaillant ecotec pro 28 boiler with a time switch fitted in a 3 bedroom semi detatched house. I have TRV's fitted on all radiators except the bathroom but NO room thermostat. I keep being told that I dont need a room stat because the radiators have TRV's - is this true?
