Fixing timber to breeze block

by slayer » Mon Mar 21, 2011 8:27 pm

Hi, I have just removed a weak glass window next to a door and I am going to plasterboard it up. The original wood was held in with 4" nails. On removing some of them the breeze block came away but there is plenty of ok ones there.

What is the best way to attach 4"x2" back onto the breeze block? Adhesives or more nails.

I plan to cement up the broken stuff before I do this.

Regards
