My bath taps are approx. 20 years old.My problem is as follows.The cold water bath tap would only turn about half a turn so I didn't get much water out of it.I called out a plumber who took out the gland,cleaned it and put on new washers.This gave me plenty of water and the tap turned on full.The only problem now is when I turn it off,the tap seems to keep turning after the water has stopped.There doesn't seem to be a point where the tap turns tight.I hope I have explained it o.k. Is there anything I can do to get it the same as the hot water tap which feels tight when I turn it off?
