Hi,

I wonder if anyone can supply any pointers as to what the issue may be with my CH system.

Currently we can get hot water and can get the CH to come on when both the HW and CH are turned on from the controller. But if we just select the CH then nothing, the boiler doesn't fire at all.

Could the problem be with the motorised valve? Thought I'd check before I just go replacing parts at random.

Are you sure it work independently before? as a lot of systems will only work this way.
