my overflow pipe is dripping constantly and stops if i flush the toilet but only for an hour or so then starts again. Ive looked in the toilet and the water is still about 2 inches below the top of the overflow pipe in there so dont know how to solve this annoying problem as it is dripping onto the top of my conservatory and annoying me and my neighbour...
