Blown fuses

by Grant » Sat Mar 17, 2007 7:02 pm

'Kitchen and dinningroom socket' fuse blows up to three times every day over the past two weeks. An electrician has inspected consumer box and sockets - all ok. He suggested a process of elimination to find faulty appliance but having done this the past week - no joy. Also had the gas man out to inspect the boiler - no luck there either ! Any solutions ?

Get a periodic inspection carried out, if two rooms are involved.

When did you last have the system checked out?

"Blown" fuses etc are a sign of a short or overcurrent flowing.
