The layer of skimming plaster and several layers of paint has started falling away from the ceiling in my bay in my front room. I decided to remove the rest of it but some just comes away really easy and the rest is stuck fast. Please can anyone help with any advise as to the best,easiest and cheapest way to remove all of it please. Thanks.

Sorry, but there isn't an easy way to remove plaster. You may ned up having to take the ceiling down completely and reboard it.
