Order of Work for new Roof on SIP Garden Studio

by 2sheds » Tue Sep 03, 2013 9:47 pm

Hi, my first post so go gentle with me:-)
I have just had a SIP garden studio erected. It has a 30deg pitched roof made from SIPs (therefore it is fully boarded like sarking) and is wrapped in house wrap. Because the SIP roof panels sit directly on the SIP walls with no overhang, I'll be adding a ladder construction to form the eaves, then add a further layer of breathable membrane over the entire roof surface before cross battening, battening and installing the tiles.
My question is regarding the order of work. Should I install the fascia and soffits and the guttering before I install the membrane, and let the membrane overhang into the gutter, or do I put the gutter on afterwards.
Thanks
Steve

fit the fascia and the soffits and let the membrane hang over, don't fit the gutter till the roofs finished the membrane can hang in the gutter
