Damp in Upstairs Bedroom - One Main Spot and in One Corner?

Hi

Had damp in upstairs bedroom for months now. Appears just in the corner in one main spot and up side in a line (see attached).
Been in loft andtiles appear ok.

Doesn't necessariy appear worse after rain,

Detached house, no chimney on this wall.

any ideas!?

Cant access pictures, but it could be a gutter problem causing the damp

is there ventilation to the room? or has it been removed/blocked up?
