I would like to heat a room (700sqft) to 40 degrees with 40 % RH could anyone share any advice, guidance on the options available? Thanks

As these are some very specialist requirements, you are certainly going to need some specialist kit to both regulate and maintain heat levels and also monitor humidity over a large space so you are probably going to need some fairly high output heaters controlled by a thermostat to maintain the required temperature and also a dehumidifier to regulate the humidity levels.

In all honesty you are probably going to need to contact an air conditioning company with your requirements and they should be able to help you out as this is pretty much their field.
