Best Flooring to use in Outdoor Wooden Utility Room? Help, advice, information, answers and tips on all types of flooring from laminate and carpet to timber and vinyl

Hi All,

I am looking to re-do the flooring in my utility room and was wondering what would be best as it is out doors... I am presuming I need some kind of watreproof underlay. To make matters more difficult there is a drain in the floor that I am hoping to create a more water tight seal around, at the moment this drain is smelly and just covered with cut wooden floor.

Any help would be much approciated,
