I think the writing on the white bar in top pic reads 'beziehen' which is German. Pimlico Plumbers have just failed to fix the water running through problem, an emergency call out for visitors in our home. I fixed it within a few minutes when we got home by clearing debris at the bottom of the cylinder. I think he could not have seen a cistern like this before - it would be good to know what it is. Circa 20 years old, push button on wall, concealed cistern, Duravit loo. Many thanks

That is a grohe adagio concealed cistern, very popular cistern, supprised PP didn't know the make, I come across/repair them several times a week, in fact I have one in my downstairs toilet!

What's wrong with it exactly, water keeps overflowing into pan?

Hope I'm not too late to reply to this message 3 years on? It's been fine since we paid PP a lot to fail to fix it, but now water is continually dripping from the top under one of the filling valves (I think), and I don't think cleaning

it up will help? How difficult will it be to replace the whole thing - will we have to lose then replace all the joinery and tiling around the area? A couple of pics attached. Can the component parts be replaced and how do I track down the exact same ones, if yes? Thanks very much for advice
