We have a single skin brick room with damp course on floor and in walls, which will be used as occasional work room and occasional overnight stay. We want to baton, insulate with sheep's wool and tongue and groove walls and ceiling, but are unsure what to use to prevent damp coming in, but allow condensation to escape. Advice please.
