Have had an extension built 2 years ago. The corner beads in the porch are now rusting badly and want to know what can do. Is it worth cleaning them and painting with shellac based paint or is better cutting it out and replacing... hopefully images are attached

no pictures but there are some good rust killers on the market best place to look is in car shops .If you can remove the beading with out to much trouble
that would be the best way.
