Splashback for New Kitchen to go Behind Rangemaster

by hindsjohn » Fri Apr 15, 2016 8:19 am

Hi

We have recently had an extension to our house to give us a larger kitchen and additional bedroom.

We are now putting the finishing touches to our kitchen. We have just had a nice rangemaster installed and are looking to finish it off with a splashback.

We have researched local companies (in Barnsley) and found http://roystonglass.co.uk/ and we have also looked online and found these http://www.luxglassuk.co.uk/

Has anyone any experience of buying glass splashbacks and got any recommendations please?

thanks
John

Make sure that the glass is toughened. Make sure that the colour is uniform and there's no fading. To make life easier when fitting, get a colour that's dark enough not to show the adhesive behind it when you fit it.

Here's more information about splash backs: https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects/gl ... hbacks.htm
