Sludge in central heating system.

could anybody tell me how remove sludge from my central heating system . The system is piped in 8mm micro bore . There is a pump you can hire from a plumbers merchant so i am told ? but i am unsure what excactly what to do :?

Read up on "powerflushing"....

With microbore you'll need to work a bit harder to get it to flush properly as the pipes create a much higher resistance and of course, trap more sludge and debris as it travels around the system.

Once power flushed and cleaned, try having a Magna Clean or a Fernox Boiler Buddy fitted, this should reduce the risk of the sludge reforming
