I have had my radiator replaced with a towel heater. The plumber has had to take a pipe down the back of the plasterboard,but at the bottom he cut a piece out 30cm long and about 6cm high so he could connect the pipes. There is a metal type post in the way, so he took it round this post at the bottom. Eventually, my question is, can i tile over this pipe, or do i have put somekind of plaster, or plasterboard over it before i can tile round the edges. I am putting these tiles where my skirting board used to be.
