My tenants have reported that 2 out of 3 radiators in my flat are now taking a long time to heat up. It's a 10 year old combination boiler and I've never bled the radiators. Some advice please x

Sounds like air in the system. You just need to bleed your radiators. Remember to turn on your heating before doing so. Radiator keys cost around 50p from Wilkos.
