Have traditional taps and one stopped working. Can't see how to fix it as bell housing doesn't seem to come off. Have unscrewed handle underneath which is a nut which doesn't seem to do anything, but surely the bell housing has to come off to get at the workings. Plumber declined to work on it for fear of cracking it so what do we do?
