Hi. Extending a patio over some grass. I'm gunna take up existing slabs to get to hardcore, however as we're going onto grass, how much will I need to dig down to hardcore? 100mm? Will I need to put a membrane down as it's going on top of soil? If so do I membrane on mud then hardcore then crazy paving? What type of membrane will I need?
