I have had a new baxi duo tech combi boiler installed in my loft and the installers have left the bottom of the boiler uncovered with all the pipes showing, which looks unsightly and also I don't know whether it is safe, i.e. in the winter the pipes might freeze as they are not insulated under the boiler, is this correct and safe as I thought that combi boilers were sealed which included complete all over cover. Can someone get back to me please.
