i wish to lay new garden slabs about 28sqft area
the current base is concrete
with holes in it and big cracks
a builder said to me hes gonna use new cement as the new base to lay the slabs on. Apparently i can drive a car over it and it wont break lol.
whats the pros and cons of this?
other gardners have said i have to break up the concrete lay type 1 subbase and then lay the slabs on
what do you suggest ?
