Hello
I'm currently having an extension built. The roof is a flat warm roof design and is being supported by wood joists resting on (notched onto beam) 5 steel beams (150mm x 100mm cross section) which span the extension width. The gap between the bottom of the beam and the ceiling plasterboard is going to be about 40mm. Although the beams are under the warm roof I still feel that it would be prudent to have some sort of insulation around them to prevent condensation but I'm not sure which kind. My feeling would be some sort of blanket insulation.
Could anyone recommend a suitable product?
