I need some advice

I have a small builders company doing extensions etc and I’m finding at the end of a job I need to get a skip to dispose of the materials I don’t need? What do you all do?

A lot of the materials are fine and can be reused but can’t sell them back to the merchants? Would like to sell them if possible. Any ideas or thoughts
