Hi all, our upstairs toilet has suddenly started only partly flushing, its an older style cistern with a handle. Ive taken the syphon apart and replaced the plastic diaphram with a new one , cut out of a piece of polythene by me, as the old one had split along the edge, and refitted everything. Hey presto , it still only does half a flush. Any ideas anyone?
